Community Table Application
Yama-Con welcomes fan groups, clubs, and nonprofit organizations to apply for a table and connect with the community. Organization tables are a great way to share your mission, recruit members, and engage with attendees. Space is limited, so we encourage early applications.
Community Table Information:
- Tables are intended for fan groups, events, clubs, and nonprofit/community organizations only
- Retail sales are not permitted (please apply as a vendor if selling merchandise)
- Groups may promote their organization, recruit members, and distribute approved materials
- Table sharing is not permitted
- All displays must remain within the assigned space and follow venue safety guidelines
