Itasha Car Showcase
Bring your passion to life on four wheels! Yama-Con is proud to host our Itasha Car Showcase, featuring stunning vehicles wrapped in anime designs. Whether you’re a longtime collector or just finished your first wrap, this is your chance to show it off to thousands of fellow fans.

We’re currently accepting applications for vehicles to be featured in this year’s showcase. Space is limited, so early submission is encouraged! Applications will go through a jury process to determine which vehicles are most appropriate and will be the best received at the convention.
To Apply:
- Fill out the form linked below
- Submit photos of your vehicle (exterior + detail shots encouraged)
- Provide a brief description of your theme/design
- Include contact information for coordination
Selected participants will receive additional details regarding load-in times, placement, and event guidelines. If your car or motorcycle is accepted, you will receive a weekend badge to the convention.
Event Guidelines:
Approved vehicles must arrive on Friday for load-in and placement. All vehicles will be positioned for Fire Marshal inspection and approval prior to the event. Once parked, your car cannot be moved between the load in time on until load out on Sunday evening.
After parking, vehicles must meet the following requirements:
- A drip pan must be placed under the engine area
- Protective mats must be placed under all tires
- Vehicles must have no more than ¼ tank of fuel
Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the display.
